Basic electronics has never been more accessible and affordable! This workshop was developed to teach younger designers about basic electronics as inputs to drive a program or computer model. Physical computing relies on a series of physical inputs or phenomena that can be quantified through electronics or imaging. This board is meant to introduce a student to some of electronics available for doing this.

Interaction Board

The board itself is made up of a series of sensors; an accelerometer, flex and pressure, and temperature and humidity sensors. These sensors are processed by an Arduino and read by a program written in Processing.

Exhibition Design

The workshop culminated in an exhibition in which students were able to showcase what they had learned throughout the workshop
